What we collect
and why

Your name, contact details, the dates you asked about and anything you send in a message. Nothing else.

To answer you, to arrange a viewing and, if you rent, to run the agreement. We do not sell it or pass it to advertisers.

Enquiries are cleared after twelve months. Tenancy records are kept for six years, because the law requires it.

Ask to see what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted. Write to us and it is dealt with within a month.
