We meet at your place, measure, and talk through what you want and what you want to spend. We leave with a written list of the work to price.
You get a line-by-line estimate, a week-by-week schedule and a fixed-price contract. From that point the number does not move.
One lead, one crew, a weekly report with photos of the progress. No disappearing, no change orders invented halfway.
Cleanup, a walkthrough together, a punch list signed off and a warranty card. A phone we still pick up after the job is done.
Not from our side. The contract number is fixed. It only moves if you add work yourself — and then we sign a change order with the price written next to every line.
You can buy them yourself or leave it to us. We get 8 to 22 percent off at the suppliers and pass all of it on — we make our money on labor, not on a markup.
Regularly. We can recommend somebody we have worked with for years, or take a finished design and price it line by line.
A 20% deposit to start, then a draw at the end of each stage. The last payment comes only after the final walkthrough is signed off.
