Nothing. We come out, measure, talk through the scope and send a written estimate within 48 hours. There is no charge even if you end up hiring somebody else.
Usually 3 to 5 weeks after the contract is signed. In peak season it runs longer — we always give you the current start date together with the estimate.
Always. The contract covers the scope, the line-by-line estimate, the weekly schedule, the completion date and the warranty terms. We do not start work without one.
