People who
finish what they started

We are not a middleman handing your job to somebody else. The people who walk into your home are on our payroll — some of them since the first day of the studio.

Our story

Where we
came from

We started in 2011, two of us, with one bathroom in Highlands. For the first three years we did everything ourselves — from tearing out tile to grouting the last joint. That is why we can tell you how long a stage really takes, instead of how long we wish it took.

More people joined over the years, but the rule stayed the same: we do not take on more jobs than we can run at once. At any given moment we have four sites open, no more. Nobody waits while a crew finishes something on the other side of town.

In fourteen years we have handed over 310 homes. Five of them we came back to fix on our own warranty. We say so plainly, because a company that claims it never gets anything wrong has simply stopped counting.

Our rules

Four things
we promise

I

A price that does not move

The contract number is final. It changes only when you add work yourself — and always by a signed change order with the price next to every line.

$0 in surprises
II

One person to call

The same lead from the first measurement to the final walkthrough. You are not handed between departments or between crews mid-job.

one phone number
III

A report every Friday

Progress photos and where we stand against the schedule. Even if you live out of state, you know exactly what is happening in your home.

every week
IV

Our discounts go to you

We get 8 to 22 percent off at the suppliers and pass every point of it on. We make our money on labor, not on a markup.
